Hi! These look so fantastic! I think I might have to make some this weekend....do you think you could make the cake in a cake pan and top with the cream instead of individual cakes? If so, what size pan would be best, do you think? I have a vision of a layer cake, split and filled with the cream, then topped with more cream and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips and pistachios...yum! This is a small amount of batter so try an 8 in pan or smaller if you have. Bake at the same temperature. The bake time will be around 20 minutes. This should look beautiful as a cake. Joan @KAF
