I don't like cannoli but my co-workers do and I enjoy baking for them. I will definately make this for them soon...right after I make jalapeno cupcakes for Cinco de Mayo! Wow! Sounds like you have a spicy day planned. Maybe the cannoli can be the cool-down factor? ~ MaryJane
