Wonderful post, right down to the recipe. My husband, (having Italian blood) loves cannoli. I never cared that much for it, but rethinking that since viewing this recipe...it sounds delicious! His birthday is in a few weeks...looks like I found the perfect "birthday cake". Oooh, wouldn't he be so surprised! Sounds like a good plan to me. ~ MaryJane
