heavy and tough cake. disappointed. I am an experienced baker, but i didn't add the melted butter first, i added the flour, gently folded, then the butter. The batter was thicker than the batter pictured here. The online state that the cake is heavier like a pound cake, but the pic in the Sift magazine shows a broken cake that looks tender and moist. The topping in sift looks different as well, more fluffy and whipped, whereas the topping online looks dense.
