I was asked to make some lemon curd tartlets; these would be so much easier, and probably would look just as pretty. I wonder if I could get away with it. What do you think, PJ? Put some lemon curd on top, and who the heck knows the difference between filled shortbreads and tartlets, right? :) PJH
