Could I make these with Lemon Curd? My DS is anti fruit in just about all applications but he makes an exception for lemon ... sometimes. They look so beautiful I'd love to try them, but I really shouldn't eat a whole batch myself. Really, I shouldn't! Thanks Absolutely Lesley, lemon curd would be delish! ~ MaryJane
