Any changes to convert this into a cupcake? Since it rises a lot, how much should the cupcake well be filled? 1/2? 2/3? Fill the cupcake wells about 2/3 full, I'd say. This will probably make 2 dozen cupcakes. Start checking for doneness at probably 25 minutes. Let us know how they come out, Kristin- PJH
