I've never taken a moment to stop and thank you for this recipe, despite the fact I've been making it for several years now! So... thank you, thank you, thank you. Although slightly more "labor intensive" than I normally do, it is worth the effort. I use half in a 9 x 9 pan, and half as a dozen "muffins". (The muffins get no frosting, the cake gets LOTS!) It is definitely my "We deserve something special" cake!
