If I made this cake for my husband and me, would I keep in the refrigerator or could I leave in my cake keeper - we would eat a piece each night. Kathy Hi Kathy, You can keep the cake in the fridge, and take your nightly piece(s) out about 15 minutes before you want to eat them, so they'll warm a bit. OH so good! ~ MaryJane
