The cake sounds like it would taste fantastic! There's one tantalizing bit in the blog, when you say something about taking a disposable piping bag off the roll... Where can one buy these things? There was no link to KA, and since I live overseas, and hadn't seen them before I left the States, to me they look like a marvellous new invention - and just what I need. I can't find them on your site. :-( The company's name is Kee-Seal; I just did a quick hunt, and Amazon, of all places, sells a 100 count roll. You can find them there. Susan
