You know what else would help a baker measure Fluff? The Adjusta Cup! http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/adjusta-cup-measure-2-cup I have a similar one, and boy, there's nothing like it for honey, molasses, sorghum, lard, etc. You're welcome. ;-) And oh! if only all of us avid bakers could maintain our shape as Jone Shumacher has, eh?!
