Hi there, I've made this bread a few times, it's been awesome! Tastes like the real thing, if not better. I am having one problem though, slicing the bread. I do wait till it's completely cool, and try slicing it with a good, big serrated bread knife. I try to get pretty even cuts, but if I try to get thin, more ordinary "sandwich sized" slices, they either fall apart, or waver. If I try to pick up a slice with one hand, they waver in half, sometimes falling apart. I don't mind picking up the pieces and eating it that way, but is there a way to combat this? Perhaps I need to cook it longer than recommended? It seems pretty moist inside when I slice it, perhaps that's a clue? I love your recipes, I know I will get the hang of this someday. Thank you! Hi Ingrid, It might be worth cooking the loaf just a little bit longer. I've seen slices of all different sizes in the test kitchen, but nothing really super thin. You might need to just make your slices just a bit thicker. ~ MaryJane
