Hi Tina. While the Measure for Measure flour is a replacement for traditional wheat based All Purpose Flour, it is not intended to be used in yeasted bread recipes as a suitable substitution. We do not recommend using it in place of another style of gluten-free flour that is being called for as each blend is different and you may not get the best results. We do have a few specific bread recipes that we formulated with the Measure for Measure that would be ok to follow. I'll link those right below:

Gluten-Free Toasting and Sandwich Bread

Gluten-Free Honey Oat Sandwich Bread

Gluten-Free Double Milk Sandwich Bread

Gluten-Free Seed and Nut Bread

For additional information on what blend of gluten free flour may be best for your needs, check out this blog: Which gluten-free flour should I use?
