What about using this recipe in a "regular" bread machine (welbilt) with no GF setting? Nothing I've found shows me how to do that? I'm new to GF and cannot find a recipe for bread in a bread machine that does not have a GF setting. There are so many pieces to this puzzle ... I bought King Arthur 1:1 flour then found out it's not for bread. Does a GF flour designed for bread that already has xanthan gum in it need even more during the baking process? This is way more complicated than I thought. Thank you for your help.
