Hello. I’ve been trying different GF bread recipes. My most recent attempt was a recipe on the King Arthur GF bread flour bag. It turned out well. It’s a sour dough recipe baked in a Dutch oven. However, my quest for a nice bread to slice continued. I tried the GF sandwich bread recipe. It’s delicious. However, a little dry. Any suggestions?
