We're not sure which recipe you are using, Carol, but to assist our customers, we list the nutritional information on most of our online recipes. When viewing a recipe page, scroll down to the Ingredients section on the left.  At the bottom will be a link to the nutritional information for that recipe.  I hope this helps you find the information you are seeking.
