This is so awesome to see you in the gluten free world. I have bought your flour since 1979 it's the best but for the last 4 years I haven't been able to eat anything I bake. I really would like to see some high protein breads. I have found that as time goes on without the whole grain I have developed Vitamin B deficiencies and the extra empty calories are not very healthy. Can you add protein powder to your breads, Chris? Milk powder? What have you tried so far? PJH
