Hi Cecilia! We recommend specifically making this recipe with our gluten free all purpose flour, which does not have additional xanthan gum added to it. For the best chance of success, I don't recommend substituting between gluten-free flours in these recipes, however if you're keen to try it anyway, I would not add extra xanthan gum to the recipe.
