Terry (above) must be a magician! I have baked my own bread for years, and now I have to be, unfortunately, gluten free for health reasons
This recipe makes a "BRICK" loaf - I couldn't even get a knife through it.
I did not over-proof it, it did not collapse - it's just a bad bread recipe.
