Hi Katherine, we used to have a recipe for making your own gluten-free flour that could be used in our gluten-free recipes in place of our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. This recipe was as follows: 6 cups stabilized brown rice flour, 2 cups potato starch, and 1 cup tapioca starch. Whisk together thoroughly and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a month. Freeze for longer storage. This mixture should work well as a substitute for our Gluten-Free All-Purpose flour in our recipes calling for that flour. Unfortunately, we no longer carry the ingredients required for this flour blend, but you should be able to find them elsewhere.
