Thanks for reaching out for some advice on substitutions Charmaine. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend using just egg yolks in this recipe without making other adjustments. The whites add quite a bit of structure and we don't believe that your loaf would hold up well without them. Additionally, if you need to make several substitutions in one recipe you may want to reach out to our Baker's Hotline directly for more specific advice as there are may be factors to consider in choosing the best substitute for you.
