I really love this recipe. Because I have a grain intolerance, i can not do gluten free flours. I have found gluten free to be almost spot on for me, I just have to change the flour usually. With that in mind. I do not have potato starch. But I do have tapioca starch and arrow root tarch. Do you think these two items mixed with either cassava, coconut or almond flour would be suitable? i want like to try this recipe. Its right up my alley for baking.
