First time gluten free bread came out perfect. I used a additional egg. My milk temp was 107. The high cost of gluten free bread has made me try a lot of recipes. Thank you for this recipe. Used my kitchen aid mixer with the cake/cookie paddle. Saves my hands a lot of work.
