Okay, but side note for peanut allergic bakers. At the start of the pandemic I bought two cans of baking soda for myself and my mother. Loved it. Bought more a few months later and the label indicated potential cross-contamination with peanuts. I have NEVER seen this in a baking soda. Sadly, we could not use either can in the second order. So when they say look at the ingredients list, do. No matter how unlikely the issue might be. We were very, very disappointed in this change.
