It would be nice if this information was on the "Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour" bag. The bag says this will work with ALL YOUR RECIPES. Now I have an 8 cup bowl of what should be baguette dough ready for . . . I'm guessing the garbage? You're right. It didn't rise at all. The bag should have this information printed on it!!!
