Hi, Carol! Somewhere in the range of 100 to 110° degrees is fine if you're looking for specifics, but it's a pretty flexible number. If you drop a bit on your wrist and it makes you say "Ow," that's hot. If it makes you say "Brr," that's cold, and if it makes you say "Ahhh ..." you're in the right range for warm. If it's comfy for you, it'll be comfy for yeast as well. Happy baking!
