That's a great question, Mary-Helen! Most of our gluten-free bread recipes, like this one, call for our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, which is a bit different from our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. That being said, you're not entirely out of luck! We do have one delicious bread recipe that you can make with your Measure for Measure Flour, and you can find it here: Gluten-Free Toasting and Sandwich Bread.
