Hi Amanda! We'd suggest trying out this recipe and simply making a few ingredient substitutions. Replace the milk and butter with non-dairy milk and butter, (we like Earth Balance vegan butter sticks) and replace the eggs either with a commercial egg replacer or, we like using a mixture of flax meal and water.
