If you have a gluten-free sourdough starter, feel free to add it to this recipe, Sal! Replace 1 cup of the flour and 1/2 cup of the milk with 1 cup ripe (fed) gluten-free sourdough starter. Reduce the instant yeast to 1 teaspoon, and budget for a longer rise in the pan (about 90 minutes), then bake as directed. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
