Hi there, Maria! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe! We're also a little surprised to hear about your results, as we've found that the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour doesn't work well with yeasted baked goods. Our preferred flour blend with this recipe is our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. We're so happy that you enjoyed the recipe and your resulting bread though. Happy GF baking! Morgan@KAF
