Hi Susan, Question for you: can maple syrup replace the sugar? You have 3 TBSP of sugar, can I use 3 TBSP of maple syrup? No one in my house eats sugar and so I don't buy it. I have been using Swerve I instead of sugar but I don't think Swerve can feed the yeast. Is that right? What do you suggest? The pictures of your bread look fantastic!
