We are very new to GF eating. The bread is delicious but did not rise as well as I thought it would. I also had to add a little extra milk as the mixture was really crumbly and dry with the addition of the 1 cup of milk. Maybe weighing out the KA flour would be better than just a measuring cup. I also did not add as much sugar as the recipe called for since some said it was a little too sweet for them. It is still a sweeter bread but not too much that we will not enjoy it.
