Hi I made this bread today, my first attempt ever at making homemade gluten free bread. I had the same issue as Kate in the previous comments; the bread had a good rise the first time, and the second time it came right to the edges of the bread pan; I then followed the baking instructions and put it into breadpan, and into the oven and it didn't do any more rising. I didn't know about the "pinholes" issues until I went looking for the comments to see if anyone else had that issue. Maybe it would be beneficial to add into the comments about watching for those pinholes? There is no time mentioned for the second rising, maybe give an estimate? And mention about watching for those pinholes? Just to save someone else from having that happen to them. The bread had a wonderful flavor, and texture, but it just never rose higher than the sides of the pan. Thanks for the recipe! :-)
