Gluten-free baked goods are known for becoming stale faster than regular baked goods, so you might consider storing the gluten-free bread in the fridge if you're not going to eat it right away. Be sure to toast slices of the bread before serving. This truly transforms the bread into something delicious. Happy GF baking! Kye@KAF
