Hi Crystal! This recipe does offer directions for use in a bread machine at the bottom in the Tips from Our Bakers Section. New bread machines offer a gluten-free cycle and this is key. As you probably know, gluten-free bread doughs are more of a batter than a dough, and they behave very differently from a regular bread. The bread machine we use in our test kitchens and would recommend as it comes with a gluten-free setting is the Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Bread Machine.
