I suggest anyone that wants to make a delicious gluten-free bread use this recipe! I have been baking gf for 15 years and most recipes result in gf “lead”. This recipe in light , had air pockets - thank you k.a., and the taste is awesome. I did use my own all purpose flour mix that is similar to King Arthur. Keep cooking folks!
