Made this last night and it was wonderful! The only issue I had was once I pulled it out of the oven and it started to cool it fell and became more dense than it probably should have been. I ended up having to add more warm milk than it called for bc it stayed super dry and crumbly even after I added all of the first cup to the dry ingredients. It was still freaking amazing I just wish it was as fluffy as the pictures showed. This is only the second gluten free loaf I’ve ever made and the first one did the same thing. I’m not really sure what I did wrong. Any ideas or pointers? I really need some good gluten free bread in my life asap lol Please help!
