This was an excellent step by step recipe. I used Bod Red Hills All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. It tasted great!!!! Nothing like other recipes I tried in the past. The sides of my bread was however so soft it fell apart when I took it apart from the loaf pan. Any reason why that happened?
