Donna, you can usually substitute a non-dairy milk for regular milk (rice milk, soy milk, or one of the nut milks). There's really no substitute for yeast in yeast bread, but you could try making these easy gluten-free biscuits, substituting cashew milk or another rich nut milk for the cream; if you try this, cut back on the nut milk a bit, as it's thinner than cream.
