Hello Andrew, thank you for your comment! However, this is simply not true. Baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is a single-cell organism that belongs to the fungi kingdom. It is much closer in relation to a mushroom then wheat. Yeast does not contain wheat, nor does it contain gluten (the protein found in wheat). You can read more about yeast on the following page.
