I'm wondering if you have any guidance for a mom of a little boy just diagnosed allergic to eggs in addition to gluten and almonds? I have substituted yogurt (1/4 cup per egg) for a yeasted GF waffle recipe and was very successful. Just curious if you have any other recommendations for egg alternatives.
