Will this bread recipe work for dinner rolls (in a muffin pan perhaps)? I really want to make rolls for Christmas Eve dinner for my sister in law, niece & nephew AND them be tasty enough for the entire family to enjoy! I already plan on using your Pizza Dough recipe for our make-your-own-pizza night. I also hope to try out some chocolate crinkle cookies and chocolate biscotti with the Multi-Purpose Flour. These should work just fine in the muffin tins as rolls. The shape of the pan will help provide structure as they bake. ~ MaryJane
