I love this idea. But I would like better to have a different and smaller shape than these triangles. Do you think it would be possible to roll and cut with a cookie cutter, or scoop it with a cookie scoop? I'm not sure what the texture of the uncooked dough is, so I'm wondering if any of these two techniques would apply.
