Hello, I just found out that my son is allergic to wheat, eggs and I already knew about peanuts. So this recipe sounds like something he will really like. However, can you please tell me if I can use an egg replacer instead of the eggs and if it will still turn out good? Thanks for any tips and suggestions. Original recipe has you whisk together 2 large eggs, so I think the equivalent amount of egg replacement may work in this recipe.
