I just posted a moment ago. I meant to add that, though I am the only celiac in my household, I have to hide away a few of each batch for myself 'cuz hubby and kids demolish them... Elaine, always a good sign when everyone enjoys a GF treat, not just the one who has to eat GF... PJH
