i made these... http://www.dishwithvivien.com/2010/02/recipe-tapioca-flour-cheese-bun/ however didn't turn out as nice as yours, interesting site you got here Thanks for sharing, Vivien - you did need to use an electric mixer to get those lumps out. In fact, the majority of gluten-free baking demands an electric mixer, so that was probably the reason the texture was off... PJH
