SallYBR -- I've had those little breads! There's a Brazilian steakhouse here in Madison, WI (http://www.sambabraziliangrill.com/) that serves a basket of them when you sit down. My friend and I ate every single one, noting that we'd never had anything like them. We could tell that there was some kind of aged, hard cheese in them, but they were a mystery otherwise. I'll definitely be giving both recipes a try!
