OMG, I changed my intinerary for the day when I read this recipe ~ and so glad I did. They are absolutely fabulous and can't get any easier. I can attest to using Bob's GF Tapioca, the results are delicious and I believe a bit flatter than could be. I'll be trying various brands of Tapioca soon. I'll have to thank my brother for sending this!
