I was so excited to see this recipe -- it just looked good, different & delicious. On my way home tonight I stopped at 4 grocery stores looking for tapioca starch/flour and none of them had it. How disappointing! I'll look again tomorrow at stores near my office in hopes of finding the flour/starch to try these delicious looking treats. [I'll be interested to read/learn more about the GF world. We're in the process of having our oldest son tested for celiac. ] Glad you like the recipe, Lucy.
