One of the girls I hang out with on "girls' night" -- a coworker of a friend is VERY allergic to wheat. So gluten-free is an absolute must for her, and I try to keep her in mind when I plan what snacks I bring... but I LOVE TO BAKE BREAD... So this is on for the next time I go! Not only are these tasty as all get out, Regina, they're easy AND they reheat nicely - just try 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave. Hope they turn out well for you... PJH
